We Participated as an Exhibitor at Sneaker Con TOKYO 2025
On July 5, 2025, IB Total Service Inc. exhibited the overseas forwarding service “Sendon.com” at Sneaker Con TOKYO 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight.
On the day of the event, we welcomed a large number of sneaker fans and collectors from both Japan and overseas. Amid the vibrant atmosphere throughout the venue, many visitors stopped by our booth.
At our booth, we introduced the “Sendon” service, which securely accepts sneakers purchased at the event and delivers them safely to customers’ homes or overseas addresses.
We received many positive comments from customers who used our service on-site, such as “It was very convenient” and “I came from overseas, so it was a great help to be able to leave empty-handed.”
On the day of the event, we also had staff fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese available at all times, ensuring that customers from abroad could use our service with confidence.
Exhibiting at such an international event was a wonderful opportunity for us to introduce the convenience of Sendon to a wider audience, and all our staff are truly grateful for this experience.
