We are pleased to announce that our group has acquired shares of VOYAGER Inc., a system development company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and has made the company a subsidiary.
In recent years, the logistics industry has rapidly advanced in digitalization, with increasing demand for supply chain visibility and operational efficiency.
In this environment, our company regards digital transformation (DX) as a core growth strategy, and with the aim of strengthening our execution capabilities in system development, we have decided to make VOYAGER Inc. a subsidiary.
